This 3-hour course is designed to meet the requirements you need to start selling flood insurance in Florida!
In this course, we'll cover what you need to know about flood insurance and the properties it pertains to. You'll learn about flood zones, and community participation, as well as how to read flood maps, and what policies and products are available for those who may need it. We'll also cover how to rate and handle claims and go over the 2004 Flood Insurance Reform Act (FIRA), before we wrap it up with the final exam.
