Amanda Elias was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me resolve my situation. She was wonderful.

I fell there should be more interactive slides and quizzes and not as many pages of just text

This seems to be geared towards sales of insurance

At times the instructor videos don't match up with the current subject matter

The course was fine. The final exam was horrible. They do not match in style, or material. The final exam should be redone by the same author of the course. It also had some completely obscure and a couple bogus questions.

To intense - policy provisions discussed that I've never seen in Florida. Many screen repeated multiple times. Course far to broad.
