This course provides all 24 hours of CE that a Combined license needs! This course will review key concepts and principles of Property and Casualty insurance, Life and Health insurance, and it includes your Ethics requirement as well.
Topics we'll cover include life insurance policy types, standard policy provisions, health insurance provisions, qualified plans and retirement. We'll also talk about some of the federal regulations that apply to life and health insurance.
Additionally, this course includes 3 hour of ethics content. We'll start by talking about the principles of ethics and specifically how they apply to insurance producers. Then we'll talk about some ethical duties that you have as an insurance producer, and some situations that might arise to challenge your ethics. Finally, we'll cover the laws that govern ethical conduct, as well as the Insurance Industry Code of Ethics.
Finally, we'll review important basic P&C topics, and we'll talk about some more specialized areas as well. These topics include: business owner policies, commercial auto policies, worker's compensation, commercial coverage packages, and national flood insurance. We'll also cover federal Property and Casualty Regulations and discuss the problem of money laundering.
