Then we'll talk about some ethical duties that you have as an insurance producer, and some situations that might arise to challenge your ethics. Finally, we'll cover the laws that govern ethical conduct, as well as the Insurance Industry Code of Ethics.

    I felt there was misleading advertising. The course stated 3 hours, but I took it from start to finish and it took me 5.5 hours! I don't have that much free time and run a business. The information was good, but more than necessary.
