The Rhode Island 24 Hour Property and Casualty Package supplies the student with all the topics necessary to renew their Property and Casualty License with the state of Rhode Island. The course begins with a segment on Ethics for Insurance Professionals, that explores concepts including ethics in the real world, a look at ethical duties, and laws governing ethical conduct. Then the student moves into the second segment of the course, where they will spend some time on the subject of P&C Fundamentals, that will include source material in the areas of toxic mold and flood insurance. Then we will get a bit more specific with a section on Individual and Family P&C issues, such as homeowner policies, personal auto coverage, and renters and condo coverages. The student will also spend a short amount of time on the topic of anti-money laundering for insurance professionals. The students' last section will cover Commercial P&C topics such as commercial coverages, business, and workers compensation products.
Once the student has completed these sections successfully they will take a final exam and be awarded with a Certificate of Completion.
