This course provides all 24 hours of CE that you need! This course will review key concepts and principles of Property & Casualty insurance. Along with 21 hours of general continuing education, this course includes 3 hours of ethics,and the mandatory exam. Your course tuition includes the $1.50/hr mandatory reporting fee required by the state.
In this course, you'll learn about the ethical code that insurance producers should abide by, and some ethical situations you may encounter. We'll talk about some general principles of insurance, and the basics of property and casualty insurance. We'll cover the typical homeowner's policy and provisions it contains, as well as dwelling policies.
We'll discuss personal and commercial auto insurance, business owner's policies, and worker's compensation insurance. You'll review flood insurance policies, including myths and realities of flood insurance, and errors and omissions to guard against. We'll also take a look at renter's and condominium insurance.
