This 3 Hour course will meet your one time Certification Requirements to start selling Flood Insurance in the state of California.
We'll cover everything you need to know to get started working with flood insurance. In this course, you'll learn about flood maps, flood zones, and community participation. We'll talk about the policies and products available for those who may need coverage. Then we'll cover general rules, rating, and claim handling. Finally, we'll talk about some important aspects of the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 (FIRA), and leave you with some additional resources.
