This 3 Hour course will meet your one time Certification Requirements to start selling Flood Insurance in the state of Kentucky. The exam is open-book and does not require a monitor.
In this course, we'll cover what you need to know about flood insurance and the properties it pertains to. You'll learn about flood zones, community participation, how to read flood maps, and what policies and products are available for those who may need it. We'll also cover some general rules and provide further resources, before we wrap it up with the final exam.
