This course provides the 10 hours of CE that you need, and will review key concepts and principles of Property & Casualty insurance. It includes 10 hours of continuing education content and the mandatory exam.

In this course package, we'll discuss the characteristics and purpose of dwelling insurance, and who is eligible for it. We'll talk about property coverages, exclusions, and conditions, as well as endorsements that can be used. We'll also cover homeowner's insurance, including a comparison of which perils are covered by which type of policy.

Then, you'll review personal and commercial auto insurance policies, before we take a look at renter's and condominium insurance. In this section, we'll learn about the specifics of renter's insurance and condominium policies, as well as how to market them. Finally, we'll go through the problem of toxic mold, and how it affects you as an insurance producer. No additional reporting fees!
