This course provides the 20 hours of CE that combination L&H and P&C holders need! It applies to producers in all lines of insurance. This course will review key concepts and principles of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, including 20 hours of continuing education content and the mandatory exam.

We'll start the course with life and health topics. Here, we'll talk about qualified plans and retirement, including the types of different plans available and their characteristics. We'll also touch on tax considerations and strategies like rollovers, transfers, and Section 1035 exchanges. Then we'll talk about life insurance and securities, before moving on to annuities.

We'll go over disability income, including different types and qualifications, and we'll look at medical plans, including group health insurance and Medicare. Then, we'll look at Long-Term Care policies, including levels and types of care, as well exclusions to these programs.

After the midpoint exam, we'll turn to property and casualty concepts, starting with the characteristics and purpose of dwelling insurance, and who is eligible for it. We'll talk about property coverages, exclusions, and conditions, as well as endorsements that can be used. We'll also cover homeowner's insurance, including a comparison of which perils are covered by which type of policy.

Then, you'll review personal and commercial auto insurance policies, before we take a look at renter's and condominium insurance. In this section, we'll learn about the specifics of renter's insurance and condominium policies, as well as how to market them. Finally, we'll go through the problem of toxic mold, and how it affects you as an insurance producer. No additional reporting fees!
